Tracy Minniecon is the Founder and Managing Director of TM Collective Consulting. A proud Aboriginal and South Sea Islander woman, Tracy brings a wealth of experience working across community, government, and the not-for-profit sector, with a focus on cultural safety, strategic planning, and community-led approaches to change.
With over 25 years of professional experience — including 16 years with Queensland Police, six of those in child protection investigations — Tracy brings a unique depth of understanding to the complex and systemic issues impacting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Tracy has spent the last decade working alongside community organisations, government agencies, and Aboriginal corporations to co-design and implement place-based solutions that are culturally safe, trauma-informed, and rooted in self-determination. She is especially skilled in building partnerships. Her work spans justice reinvestment, violence prevention, strategic planning, cultural security, and child and family safety.
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science and is trained in trauma-informed practice, alternatives to violence, and conflict intelligence. Her work is grounded in humility, relational leadership, and a deep belief in the strength and sovereignty of Aboriginal communities.

Catriona Elder brings wide-ranging expertise in facilitation, strategy development and implementation, as well as a rigorous academic background as a historian and sociologist focused on intercultural relations. Catriona’s deep skills in governance, leadership, project management and training include driving workforce development strategies, Reconciliation Action Plans (RAP) and Intersectionality Strategies, capacity building around Indigenous knowledge and culture, and the implementation of cultural diversity frameworks on cultural safety. Previously an Associate Professor and Associate Dean in Indigenous Strategies and Services in University of Sydney’s Faculty of Arts, Catriona aided in the design and roll-out of the university’s annual Wingara Mura Indigenous Strategy.
Catriona is a highly effective problem-solver, using governance and regulatory frameworks, well-researched evidence bases comprising datasets, and whole-of-organisation staff and stakeholder engagement in co-design and consultation processes. She is particularly skilled at embedding change via teams of champions within organisations to lead on shared priorities, knowledge and take-up of initiatives. Catriona also brings skills in violence prevention against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, including design and delivery of exceptional Indigenous-led training to diverse audiences.

Brett Robinson is a highly experienced business and management consultant with a track record of improving business and operational systems for more than 200 companies across diverse industries, including non-profits and Indigenous businesses. Brett’s consultation services include accounting and financial management including cashflow, logistics, procurement, HR, restructuring, investment, business acquisitions and sales, grant management, corporate governance, ERP, WHS, quality control, and Indigenous business and employment programs. Brett has previously held senior accounting and commercial management roles with national organisations in the construction, dairy, consumables and farming industries, where he showed operational leadership and implemented new costing, ERP, financial system and accounts receivable improvements that made significant business impact. Underpinning Brett’s extensive financial and management expertise is his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and CPA licence.

Nicole is a social worker and community development professional, passionate about the prevention of gendered violence and workforce capability building. Beginning her career in hospital social work, Nicole has worked in various counselling, casework and project capacities across academia, a consulate, family, youth and children’s services and family centres, and government (including Centrelink, as well as in a role related to sentencing with the Department of the Attorney General). As a community educator, trainer, advocate and leader, Nicole increases individuals’ and the community’s capacity to respond to gender-based domestic and family violence and sexual violence, including child sexual abuse. Throughout her extensive frontline career, Nicole has delivered online and face-to-face training on violence, vicarious trauma, and psychologically safe workplaces, to various organisations including the leading national provider of sexual assault phone counselling, Full Stop Australia. She has also previously supported clients with complex needs to access support from client advocates and lawyers and developed an integrated practice model as the Coordinator HEAL. For many years, Nicole has provided wellbeing services including counselling to individuals. In addition to extensive professional development, Nicole’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work, Master of Adult Education and Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
