Beyond the RAP Document
A Reconciliation Action Plan can provide an important framework, but reconciliation is bigger than a document.
The real work happens through relationships, conversations, decisions and everyday actions. It requires organisations to listen, learn, reflect and consider what meaningful change looks like in their own context.
At TMCC, we are interested in what happens when a RAP becomes more than something an organisation completes — and instead becomes part of how people think, work, build relationships and make decisions.
